A Makeup Tip To Help You Earn More Money!

Primp, Primp and Primp Some More!!

Ladies, do your loved ones accuse you of spending too much time

on your appearance like you were a  Hollywood diva?
Are your co-workers starting to mention how much time you
spend putting on makeup or looking in the mirror?
Well, believe it or not, just like getting some Sun
and eating small amounts of red meat, primping

is actually good for you.

How so?
Women who are done up and looking their best
command the highest salaries.

Researchers say that styling your hair, putting on some
makeup, getting your nails done and dressing up helps
you earn more, no matter the profession.
Plus, taking the time and effort to look your best gives you
a confidence boost, helping you to succeed and eventually
earn more.

So, next time someone says "you sure do spend a lot time in the

bathroom (mirror)" just say- "I'm doing it for my car note,
mortgage payment, health insurance and retirement account (401's)!"

Good Luck!

Newly Married Couple's Rx For a Better Brain!

                              Dance Like Kim and Robert!

If you're really a fan of celebrity news then you're probably aware of
the recent celebrity wedding.

The wedding of Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson.
You know- Mr. Herjavec from "Shark Tank"
and Kym Johnson from "Dancing With The Stars"

And according to recent news- men and women
that dance a few times a week can help keep
their brains in tip-top shape and even lower their risk of

getting Alzheimer's by a whopping 30%.

How does dancing help, you ask?
It (dancing) stimulates the release of nerve growth factor , a chemical that
increases your production of new brain cells.
And something more exciting- you can lower your odds even more
(of getting dementia) by listening and exercising to upbeat music.

So, for all of you out there that say "I hate to dance"
perhaps this post and the recent nuptials of Robert and Kym will
help change your mind.
Also important- If you're not a fan of dancing but still want to
prevent Alzheimer's, indoor cycling (or Soul cycling), walking
inside or outdoors for 20 to 30 mins, or even puttering around in the
garden will
help both body and Mind.

Good Luck!

Older Star's Rx To Block Out The Sun!

                       Be Like Olivia!

Olivia Newton John, the Australian actress and singer is a few yrs. away from 70,
and if you're wondering how she manages to look so good, here's one of her secrets...
Vitamin C.
As in oranges and grapefruits?
Not that type of vitamin C,  the vitamin C Ms. Olivia uses comes in the form of a serum.
Why a serum, you ask?
Ms. Olivia was concerned about using all of that Sunscreen to combat the

California Sun, so with the help of her dermatologist, they decided it would
be in her best interest to use vitamin C serum.

Ms. Olivia still uses some Sunscreen around the sensitive parts of face,
but the insensitive parts (forehead & cheeks) get the serum.
Why is serum a great choice for women like this?
It (serum) neutralizes harmful free radicals and increases production
of wrinkle-fighting collagen--effects shown to reduce fine in a matter of months.

So, are you willing to give vitamin C serum a try?
If so, look for the brand favored by Olivia N. John and other stars,
(like Halle Berry)
The vitamin C serum: eb5 Vitamin C serum concentrate,
find it online at eb5.com, $20 for an ounce.
Oh and may sure you check with your doctor/dermatologist before
trying any new products on your skin.
And one last tip: Eat more of the foods that'll help protect your skin
from the Sun's harmful rays, look for Supermarket Rxs to Sun-Proof
Your Skin.
Let food and beverages be your sunscreen, find the E-book online
at Amazon.com/ in the kindle store.

Good Luck!

Female Star's Faith Rx For a Longer Life!

                       Have Faith Like Jennifer!

You may think because it's "Hollywood" many of the stars don't have or
practice any kind of religion, and if you think that, you're sadly mistaken.

According to some insiders, the 2 biggest stars who really care about and are dedicated
to their faith are Jennifer Garner and Mark Walhberg.
Yes, we know, Mark Walhberg in all of those shoot em up films, but he
goes to church every morning, he says to pray and give thanks
and Ms. Garner said it (her belief in God) helped her get through this past yr.
(a breakup and maybe a makeup).

And a belief in God can help you through a lot of things, and if you're a woman-
it can actually help you live longer.

Live Longer?
Yes, according to a recent article in the Journal of Medicine, the more often
a woman attends religious services, the lower of risk of death from all

diseases.
How much lower?
A 35% lower risk of death.

Why the benefits for women and not for men?
Researchers think that women  form special bonds with other women
(planning dinners, doing the cooking,  teaching classes, cleaning up, etc).

and men don't have such close ties with other men.

So, ladies, if you're interested in living longer, you may want to
look into getting involved in some type of religion and
if you're dead set against any kind of religion, that's okay, just
do what Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and Courtney Cox do,
what is that?
Remain life-long friends, go out to lunch, shop, gossip and attend each
other's weddings.

Good Luck!

Star's Rx For a Healthier Snack!

                          Snack Like Gwyneth!

Gwyneth Paltrow doesn't endear herself to many people
when she talks about her diet.
Some see her diet as something that's too unattainable and impossible
to follow (long-term) but Ms. Paltrow only sees it as a way to improve one's
health and longevity and if you want to follow in her footsteps, then
you should try snacking like she does.

Snacking?
Yes, even Ms. Paltrow has snack attacks and the way she conquers
those attacks is with an alternative to a fattier and unhealthy snack.
The snack she prefers: Chips and the healthier alternative she favors:

Beet Chips.

Beet chips?
Yes, you may remember kale chips were all the rage about 3 to 5 yrs. ago, but
today, Ms. Paltrow prefers thinly sliced beets that have a little olive or coconut oil

on them and then baked (on a cookie sheet) for 20 mins. at 325 degrees.

Not a fan of beets?
That's okay-try turnip chips or green squash chips or parsnip chips,
you get to make that decision and if you need something to dip your
chips in, here's a recipe for a great tasting salsa, using the fruit
that's plentiful this time of year... Watermelon.
The recipe for watermelon-avocado salsa.
Combine 2 cups of diced watermelon, (without the seeds)
along with 1 ripe avocado (also diced) some chopped red onion,
(1/4) cup, minced chili pepper or chili powder, salt,
and some lime juice (a few Tbs.)
That's it, and if you're a fan of mango, use it, or peaches, use them as well.

That's it, and remember, Ms. Paltrow only wants you to be your healthy best.

Good Luck!
