Do have dreams of becoming the next Michael Kors or Besty Johnson?
Well, it took them yrs. to achieve their success, yrs. and you may not
have or want to devote that amount of time to becoming the
"next big thing in fashion." 


And that's that's okay, according to a story in Businessweek magazine,
Christmas sweaters are making a lot of people rich.
You know, those hideous looking things that only make an
appearance for 4 to 6 weeks a yr.
One guy placed professional football team logos on the sweaters, 

and is closing in on the million dollar mark.
A woman, concerned about the cost of college for her two kids,
stopped selling old albums, jewelry, dishes on Ebay and decided
to sell only Christmas sweaters, long story short-- she not only put her 2
kids through school, she also quit her full time job.

Hey, it may be too late for you to capitalize this yr. but
if you start planning now, (maybe a calender of ugly sweaters,
or a youtube page devoted to the worst looking Christmas sweaters
or make Christmas sweaters for pets) and you too, can fund your retirement,
take trips to exotic places or just make enough to stop the constant worrying
about bills, tuition, mortgages, etc.

American Music Awards Thanksgiving Rx For Future Moms!

Did you see the "American Music Awards?" The highlights of the night--
Seeing the incredible 70 yr. old Diana Ross give Taylor Swift an award.
Seeing the energetic Pit Bull host and perform and of course, seeing
the ageless J Lo perform the hit song "Booty" with Iggy Azalea.
And speaking of J Lo, she's the mom of twins.
Some other famous parents of twins: Mariah Carey, Angelina Jolie
and Marcia Cross.

Not unusual, but all of them were over 30 yrs. of age. 

And what's so unusual about that?
Being over 30 raises your odds of having twins or triplets. 
That's not a misprint, and researchers think hormones are responsible.

A Funny Lady's Rx For Maintaining Weight!

                        The Seinfeld Rx! 
Actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus has been around for quite a while.
Now in her early 50's, she looks better than ever.
She was on Saturday Night Live, Seinfeld, Day By Day, The New Adventures of
Old Christine and at this present time, she's starring in Veep.

Like a lot of stars Ms. Louis-Dreyfus has to watch her weight.
Not only because she's 5' 1" tall, but to make sure Hollywood continues to
offer her leading lady roles.
And if you too, struggle with weight, do like Ms. Louis-Dreyfus and
start eating breakfast.

That's right, no starvation diets, no hours doing Pilates, just a
plain, old-fashioned breakfast.
And her breakfast of choice:

b) A healthier heart

 That's right, sleeping less than 6 hrs. means you'll most likely
have a harder time maintaining or losing weight.
