A Simple Rx To Stay Healthy While Traveling This Summer!

                        Clean Up While You Travel! 

You may not be able to take a trip like the stars this Summer,
you know--first class this, first class that, but that's okay.
If you're only able to afford a 3 day cruise, or a bus trip to seemom and dad, make sure you stay clean.

Stay clean?
Yes, as in keeping your hands clean.
The norovirus--best known for causing diarrhea and vomiting on cruise ships--can also wreak havoc on planes and buses.
And to combat this, make sure to carry hand sanitizers and use em after touching the hand rails, the head rest,
 the bathroom door and especially use some before you eat. (you may have finger foods).

And another problem for those traveling on long bus or plane rides...Blood clots.
Make sure you stay well-hydrated, wiggle your ankles, (every 30 mins.)
eat dark chocolate, kiwi, grapes and apples and drink unsweetened grape juice.
All keep the blood circulating.
