Hollywood's Rx To Look Thinner Tonight!

                                  Dress Your Way Slimmer!
With the holidays in full swing that's means a lot of people will be attending

parties. And if you're the type that's concerned about looking a little heavier
while attending these parties, put those concerns away.

Why?
A former Hollywood stylist has revealed her secrets for looking
a few pounds thinner.

Her secrets:
a) Wear This Type of Material-
What type? One made with ribbed material. Whether it's cotton, wool or even silk,
the fabric's slightly raised vertical lines trigger the eye to move up and down, giving

the illusion of a narrower body type. And something even more impressive--
Ladies wearing vertical lines can look anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds thinner.
b) Slim Down Your Top-
Top as in torso, and how do you do this? Look for a butterfly shirt.
A loosely cut shirt that just skims your torso, so it hides any flaws without
being too billowy or bulky. Plus, its wider sleeves balance a wider torso,

making you look thinner. Not sure what a butterfly top is?
Ask the salesperson for help.
c) Choose This Color-

No, it's not black, but eggplant. Yes, the stuff you use to make that
decadent Italian, (or Greek) dish-can help you look thinner.
Eggplant, just like black, reflects less light, making you appear
smaller. And since it's the holiday season, eggplant will also give
a festive look.

So, if you're dreading the holidays because of that extra 5, 8 or 10 pounds,
don't sweat it, but dress it. As in dress your way thinner.

And if you want more great tips like these, you know...
how to flatten your tummy quickly (with this type of water)
Or how to beat that bloated look (with this spice)
Or how to avoid gassiness (with this beverage)
Or how to stretch your silhouette...

Hillary Clinton's Rx For More Happiness!

                            Get Happy Like Hillary!
Hillary Clinton the former secretary of State, didn't have a lot to smile about
doing such a tough job.
We're not sure how she dealt with it, but her favorite color may have helped
and she didn't even know it.
That's right- according to alternative healers who use colors to heal,
say that Mrs. Clinton's favorite color can help boost your own moods
and the moods of those around you.

What's the color? Orange!
Wearing it, or looking at an orange poster board can stimulate the
happiness center of the brain.
Another interesting fact: In some parts of Asia, a bowl of oranges are placed
in bowls and prominently displayed in certain rooms -to bring good fortune
into the house.

So, if you need more happiness in your life and you don't want to go the
prescription pill route, try looking at an orange wall, canvas or put on
a pair of orange sweats.

Good Luck!

What's so special about coloring? It not only keeps kids busy

Oprah's Best Friend Rx For More Confidence!

                          Be More Confident Like Gayle!
We're sure you're aware that Oprah has a best friend.
And the friend's name is Gayle King. Gayle left her best friend's
network to take on a new challenge.

The Challenge: To get up at 3:00 am to host the CBS Morning show.
Ms. King must have some confidence to leave the
"all powerful entity-aka Oprah" to work for a morning show
that's been trailing in the ratings for  yrs.

How did Ms. King get so confident?
From her favorite color- Yellow!
Okay, I'm not sure if yellow is responsible for all of her confidence,
but there is something out there that's known as "Color Therapy".
And according to those who study this ancient art- Yellow can
enhance you with a "can-do" attitude.

Why yellow for confidence? The bright color represents the third chakra,
which is connected to self-esteem and intuition.

So, if you need a boost of self confidence- wear a yellow sweater or
blouse to an interview or you can put a picture of a yellow sunset or
paint a room
in your house yellow, for yr. round confidence.

That's It- And please, give Oprah some of  the credit for this tip.

Good Luck!
