Fergie's Rx To Beat Fatigue!

                       Beat Fatigue With A Beverage!

Fergie, the popular singer of the "Black Eye Peas" is becoming more
than a singer. She's also trying to become the "new Martha Stewart"
she has a line of handbags, her own vodka brand, nail polish and shoes.
And to create all of these products, she has to keep her energy levels high.

How does she do it?
With Vinegar! That's right- Fergie was one of the first stars to mention apple cider
vinegar as her go-to Rx to help kill cravings, fight colds and keep her blood
sugar levels in check.

So, if you find yourself battling cravings, your skin is dry, you find
a scalp full of dandruff and you want to lower your chances of catching a cold,
and stave off diabetes, then you must incorporate more apple cider vinegar into
your diet.

Do as Fergie does and add it your salad, pour it over your fries, (instead of Ketchup)
and take a tsp. before breakfast with a little dark honey and water.

Good Luck!

Fergie's Rx For Germ-Free Linen!

Cleaner Sheets From The Black-Eyed Peas!

Fergie, one quarter of the group-"The Black-Eyed Peas"
has come out with her own line of vodka. It's a low-cal vodka
called Voli. Like a lot of stars-Fergie's talents go beyond singing
and dancing, she also wants to be known as a creator, designer
and innovator. And her creation of low-cal vodka will not only keep
your waistline trim, but it'll help keep your linens, ( towels, sheets
and cloth napkins) fresh and germ-free.

How? A former costume designer who worked with the theater,
that put on ballets and opera shows, was shocked to find that
frequent trips to the dry cleaners were really taking a toll on the
budget. He remembered that vodka, a disinfectant will clean delicate
garments as well or even better than those pricey dry cleaners.

So, if you want to keep delicate garments or even linen, fresh
and clean, use vodka.
The recipe: Mix one cup of vodka, (Voli or Absolut) with a cup

of distilled water and about 15 drops of lavender essential oil and spritz
your towels, sheets, tablecloth and napkins (cloth) between washings.

Alcohol is a disinfectant that will dissipate quickly, leaving you with
fresh, great smelling and germ-free linen.

That's it- and if you use this remedy, please remember to thanks
Fergie.

Good Luck!

Fergie's Rx For A Longer Life!

The Black-Eyed Peas Rx For A Longer Life!

Fergie, one quarter of the group "The Black-Eyed Peas" has ambitions that
extend way past the group. She wants to expand her empire like the Jay-Z's,

the Nicki Minaj's and the Kanye's and branch out.
She wants to branch out by developing her own line of linens, shoes,
handbags and vodka.

That's right- Fergie has  developed her own line of vodka and that could
help her bank account and our health.
Simply put: An alcoholic beverage a day, helps you in a number of ways,
like...
a) Weight-
Moderate drinking of alcohol revs metabolism and reduces the risk of obesity.
In fact, women who have a glass of wine a day, are generally leaner than the

women who totally avoid it.
b) Mood Booster-
Sure, 3 or more glasses of wine, beer or vodka can make you mean
and unpleasant, but just one drink can help you release feel-good endorphins,

making you feel more upbeat and positive.
c) A Longer Life-
A woman lived well into her 90's without heart disease, arthritis,
Alzheimer's or cancer- how? By cutting up a clove of garlic,
and then downing it with a shot of vodka. Moderate
drinking helps you avoid the major diseases that take
and shorten most peoples' lives.

So, are you ready for to add some vodka to your life?
Are you ready to help  Fergie get richer?
Well, if you're ready, of age and don't have a problem with
alcohol, look below for a Choc. martini recipe to get you started.
