Turn Back The Clock Rx From Jennifer Aniston!

It was rumored that Jennifer Aniston had a salad for lunch the whole time
she filmed Friends.
Why is that news? A meal of mostly vegetables, not
only keeps weight down, but helps you stave off the aging process
as well. And since Ms. Aniston turned 42 a few months ago,
the daily salad may explain the reason why she
looks ten to twelve younger than her age.

But, let's be honest, a salad isn't the only reason,
it's also exercise, a healthy bank account, doing a job
she loves and frequent trips to the spa.

And the salad.
If Ms. Aniston had a salad with romaine lettuce, then
the youthful appearance makes sense. Read on...
