Valerie Bertinelli's Rx For A Low-Cal Burger!

                               Eat A Burger Like Valerie!
Valerie Bertinelli, former child star and star of T.V. Land's "Hot In Cleveland"
entered her "Chipotle Cheeseburger" in a contest held by her former employer-
Jenny Craig.
How did she do? She won the contest!

Valerie Bertinelli's Chipolte Cheeseburger-
Ingredients:
6 oz. extra lean beef or 2 Jenny Craig Turkey Burgers
3 Tbsps. lite sour cream
1/2 chipolte chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
2 tsp. white onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
a pinch of black pepper
2  whole wheat buns
2 tsp. butter, melted
2 slices low-fat cheese
1/4 avocado, thinly sliced

Directions:
Prepare the burgers the way you like.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, chile, onion, cilantro
and pepper, mix well. Brush buns with the butter, grill unitl lightly toasted.
Place the burgers on the buns, add the cheese slices, the sour cream mixture
and the avocado slices.
Makes 2 burgers.
