Rachael Ray's Food Rx To Stop Brain Aging!

Rachael Ray the popular and affable cook, author and T.V. host,
cooked only vegetables on her "30 Minute Meals" show today.
Why is this news?
Ms. Ray is known for her love of cooking meat and one of the vegetables'
featured on today's show was Eggplant.

Again, why is this news?

Eggplant can help turn back the clock on your brain.
Not, the white part of the eggplant, but the skin of the eggplant.

Eggplant contains compounds called nasunin, found in the eggplant skin-
wards off damage to brain cell membranes. That's important since the membrane
protects the brain cells from harmful free radicals and allows vital nutrients to
enter, helping the brain function at optimal levels.
