                              Dancing Rxs To Stay Slim!
Dancing With The Stars is a bona-fide hit for ABC, and it's not

a mystery why: seeing stars who are as uncoordinated as the rest of us,
the musical guests and of course- to marvel at the figures of the female
dancers. If you're wondering how Kim, Cheryl or Karina stay so slim,
look below for the answers.

1) Karina Smirnoff-
She uses olive oil to help control her appetite.
That's right, in her native Ukraine, a woman told her about downing

a tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil first thing in the morning,
and then wait an hr. to eat. Why olive oil?

2) Kym Johnson-
She stops carbs, (bread and potatoes) before five p.m.
Ms. Johnson also follwed a 3-day fast to get ready for a recent
photo shoot, the 3-day fast advice was given to her courtesy of Kirstie Alley.
3) Cheryl Burke-
She takes a lot of heat for gaining just 5 pounds, but to get critics off
her back, she's has to really watch the salt.
4) Lacey Schwimmer-
The smallest dancer at 5'2" and even a couple extra pounds will
show up on her frame, so Ms. Schwimmer has had to cut out fatty foods
and give up soda.
5) Edyta Sliwinska-
Although she's not dancing this season, she still maintains her size 0 shape.
Her secret: Limiting herself to 1,500 calories of good healthy foods a day.
