Reese Witherspoon's Rx For A Healthier Baby!

                              More Baby News!
With all of the hoopla surrounding the births of babies from Beyonce
and Jessica Simpson, actress Reese Witherspoon has been pushed to the
back ground.
But that's okay, Ms. Witherspoon is the kind of star who probably
loves the fact that the Hollywood publicity machines aren't focusing on her
and her pregnancy.

Well, if you too, are in the early stages of your pregnancy or if you
just delivered, maybe you would like to know about the exciting news from
the journal called "Pedriatrics."

Good News Tip No. 1-
Pregnant women who get 15 to 20 minutes of Sun a day, without sunscreen,
helps future offspring build strong bones.
Important tip: The Sunshine only goes so far, they'll (the kids)
have to eat right,
fruits, veggies, lean meat, fish, nuts, good fats,
whole grains,
a good quality milk, no sugary (or very few) soft drinks
and plenty
of exercise.
Also important: No tanning beds, this isn't a license to go overboard.
Do Not become the "Tanning Mom."
Good News Tip No. 2-
"Should I Breastfeed or shouldn't I?"
That's a question a lot of women go through. If you're struggling with

this dilemma, this tip may change your mind.
Women who breastfeed for a few months to a yr. lower the risk of SIDs
by 45%.  You know what SIDs is, right? Sudden Infant Death syndrome.

That's It- Two tips for Reese Witherspoon or the "regular" Mom
out there, who want healthier babies.

Good Luck!
