Singing Star's Rxs For A Healthier Spring Season!

                           Avoid Spring Allergies!

Singer Kelly Rowland, a solo star and member of Destiny's Child

revealed she goes through a problem every Spring that millions
of people go through.
What problem is that?
Spring Allergies.

You know, the sneezing, the congestion, the itchy
and watery eyes and many more problems.

And if you're like Kelly and take over-the-counter meds, perhaps
you may want to forgo the meds this yr. and try something natural.
Something natural?
Yes, you can do things like...
a) A Bath or Shower Before Bed-
If you wash up quickly before bed, you may want to hop in the shower or
tub. A shower gets rid of all the pollen that may be hiding in your hair and on your

skin.
As for a bath-It will also wash away the pollen, but it also helps you relax.
And the more relaxed you are at bedtime, the better you'll sleep.
A bath is especially helpful for those who have trouble sleeping due to allergies.
b) Give Them a Rest-
As in your eyes. If you wear contacts for most of the day, you may want to
change that. Why? Your body can mistake your contact lenses--and even
some ingredients in your lens solution--as allergens, making other allergy
symptoms worse.
To avoid this: Wear your glasses for a few hrs. each day.
c) Go Nuts-
As in eat some almonds or spinach or pumpkin seeds or cashews.
Why these foods?
They contain magnesium and it's the mineral that helps the lungs function

better and reduce the discomfort associated with asthma and allergies.
d) Buy From Jessica-
As in Jessica Alba. Her company "Honest" sells all kinds of cleaning

products that won't aggravate your breathing when you do your Spring cleaning.
Buying regular cleaning products at your supermarket may help you save money,
but they may also do considerable damage to your lungs (and breathing)
Not willing to spend money on all-natural products?
Head to Google.com and type how to make all natural cleaning
products in the search box.
e) Take Up Yoga-
Hollywood stars have been doing yoga for decades and now you may
want to take it up as well. Yoga helps open up stuffed-up nasal passages
and reduce stress levels, which is proven to heighten your body's allergic
response. Not sure where to begin? Go to Youtube.com and type
yoga for better breathing in the search box.
f) Vacuuming-
You may want to vacuum 2 to 3 times a wk. Vacuuming this many

times a week rids your home of pollen. And also important: Make sure to
change the bag when it's 3/4 full.
Leaving a bag in until it's totally full may spread more dust and dirt back  into

your home.
