Hollywood's Latest Healthy Addiction!

                             Hollywood's Latest Fruit Addiction!

It seems every year or every two years there's a new craze sweeping Hollywood.
One year it was Pilates, another year it was juicing, and this yr. it's a
love affair with a fruit.

No, it's not blueberries, bananas or grapes, the fruit that a lot of Hollywood
stars can't get enough of is the Avocado.
Yes, it's a fruit and the stars who claim it's like a great boyfriend or crack, (Olivia Wilde)
are...Selena Gomez, Eden Sher, (of the T.V. show- "The Middle") Ellen, Oprah,
(both ladies grow them as well) Justin Long and Reese Witherspoon.

And if you're one who doesn't like to get addicted to anything, perhaps the

healthy benefits you'll get (from an avocado) will change your mind.
The benefits:
* Lower oral cancer rates by 45%. The fruit kills precancerous cells in the mouth.
* Lower cholesterol levels, In fact,  1/2 an avocado is way safer and cheaper
 than statin drugs.
* End Blue Mood and Mild Bouts of Depression.
One tip: you can't eat burgers, fries and slabs of cake and
then have some avocado hoping it will end the blue moods. It Won't.
* Block Too Much Estrogen- Women need this hormone, but get too

much, and you put on weight, (in the belly and upper arms,) and become  extremely unpleasant.
Lose that stubborn belly.
* Keep Bones healthy and strong, preventing bone loss later on in life.
* Keep The Retinas (in your eyes) in Tip-Top Shape.
* Improve Endurance- Run out gas by 5:00 pm?
Not anymore, add some avocado to your daily diet.
And one last benefit:
* Youthful skin for years. One woman received so many complements
after adding avocado to her diet, she quit her day job and literally started a spa that used avocados as facial and hair masks.

So, are you convinced? Ready to be more like Selena, Eden, Ellen
and Olivia?
Well, head to Google or Youtube.com and type Avocado dips, guacamole,
avocado smoothies, avocado facial masks in the search bar.
Concerned about the price? Head to a place like Aldis or Costco and
stock up. Allow them to get ripe, peel them and cut them up, add some
lemon juice and freeze in a plastic storage bag or glass or plastic
containers. Yes, they freeze well.
And one last tip...While at Google or Youtube, look for a
a chocolate dessert recipe using avocados. (Avocado Choc. Mousse)
It'll help you forget all about that fattening and heart damaging Choc. Ice cream.

Good Luck!
