The Apprentice's Rx Just For Women!

            Ladies, Eat More Burgers!

Ladies, are you fans of the NBC show, 'The Apprentice?"
Well, some just like to watch because of the celebrities and
the fights they get into. And there are just as many who won"t
watch because of the host--The Donald, aka Donald Trump.

Whichever camp you"re in doesn'the really matter,
but what does matter is that you eat Mr. Trump's favorite food.
What is it? Cheeseburgers!

And why should you eat more cheeseburgers, you ask?
Because, they help you think faster and increase your
ability to concentrate.
You see, women menstruate and that lowers iron levels,
and lower levels of this vital mineral can result in
Fuzzy thinking and an inability to concentrate.
And if you're postmenopausal, you'll also need a boost in
iron levels.

So ladies, are you showing signs of being a scatterbrain
and just not interested in work or conversations.
Well, become more like The Donald (and Gayle King)
and eat more cheeseburgers.
Important tip, skip the fries, the buns and the soft drinks,
These things will only deplete your iron levels, increase
blood sugar levels and increase your weight.
And lastly, if you're like Ellen D. (a vegetarian) and not
Donald Trump, eat more spinach and lentils.
Both contain iron and are plant-based.

The new season of The Apprentice starts Jan. 4th. on NBC.

Good Luck!

Bethenny's Rx For Cleaning Up!

                     Clean Up Like Bethenny!
Bethenny Frankel star of a few reality shows is becoming more well

know for her business ventures. You know- her line of "Skinny Girl
Drinks!" Research has said that one alcoholic beverage is quite fine,
but no more than that. If you make your own drinks at home then
you're like most people-you hate to clean up.

Cleaning a blender, mixer or juicer is boring and sometimes
time consuming, so most people leave it on the counter or in
the cupboard.
But thanks to this easy cleanup tip, you'll be making smoothies,
skinny girl drinks, purees and healthy juices all of the time.

The cleanup tip: Fill your blender  1/4 full with warm water, (not hot)
a 1/4 tsp. of dish detergent and 4 ice cubes, place the lid on and
turn it on blend. Do this for a min. The ice will scour the blades and
force soapy water into every nook and cranny of the blender, leaving
you with a cleaner blender, and all that's left for you to do-is sit back
and enjoy your drink.

Good Luck!
