Twilight's Rx To Prevent Heart Disease!

                                Be More Like Robert Pattison!

Robert Pattison one of the stars of The Twilight series revealed
on Ellen (the talk show) that he adopted a dog.
What's so unusual about that?
Well, it's not that unusual, given Mr. Pattisons' penchant for
saving money and his love of pets and if you love pets like Mr Pattison,
you can also boost your health. How?
Living with a pet can ease depression, which negatively affects heart rhythms,
cholesterol levels and blood pressure. And a pet from a pet store or a shelter
means you're less likely to suffer from a heart attack and if you do suffer
from one, you're five times more likely to recover and live a long life
thanks to the pet.

So, if you already love Robert Pattison, this news about his kindness to pets
will only help you love him even more.
And one more thing... Please make his movie No.1 this weekend,
the more money the movie makes, the more Mr. Pattison makes
and that means he may adopt another dog.

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Rx To Prevent Heart Disease!

Adopt A Pet Like A Star!

Adopting pets is almost as popular as adopting kids in Hollywood.
A number of stars have adopted pets in the past few yrs.
Adopting a pet not only saves a pet from being exterminated,
it can also save your life.

How?
By lowering your rates of contracting heart disease.
Taking care of a pet can ease blue moods, which negatively
affects heart rhythms, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
And even better news: Even if you or a loved one has a heart attack,
you'll recover faster, thanks to that pet you adopted.

And if you're not able to adopt a pet?
Just volunteer at an animal shelter few times a week,
you'll still benefit-in terms of heart health.

Good Luck!
