                          Simple Tip To Multitask! 

Do you have to do more than 3 things at once?
You know, like fix breakfast, answer e-mails and 

tend to the kids? 
Well, that's called multitasking and the most famous
multitasker out there right now is Chelsea Handler.

Yes, Chelsea from the late night show "Chelsea Lately" 
from the E network, she claims to be a multitasker but not a very good one.
She has to write for her show, studyup  on the guest who'll appear on
her show, do concerts, tend to her pet- "Chunk" watch out
for her brother Roy, her sidekick Chuey and write bestselling books.
So, you see, she has her hands full, and if you too, have
a lot of things you must do during the day, perhaps the
simple tip below might make things easier.

The tip:
Sit still and concentrate just on your breathing for a few minutes. 

Why concentrate on your breathing? Calmly focusing on your breathing,
reduces the stress of juggling many tasks by sharpening your memory
and improving concentration.
In fact, there are a number of things that can be improved by
focusing on breathing in and breathing out, things like...
a) improving sex drive in Women. 

b) easing hot flashes
c) ending anxiety attacks
d) better and deeper sleep.
Plus much more.

That's it- A simple tip to make this Labor day and future Labor days
