The View's Rx To Lower Arthritis Risks!

                         Prevent Arthritis Easily!

The T.V. show "The View" started another season and
a tip from cohost Sheri Shepard may help you
avoid a debilitating illness.
The Tip: Floss and floss often.
Sheri Shepard makes no secret of the fact she flosses
anywhere from 3 to 5 times a day.

Not only does it keep food from attaching to teeth,
flossing also keeps gums strong and new research says it
can lower your risk of developing arthritis.
That's right- removing food particles from gums prevents
it from traveling down into joints and causing all kinds of problems.

So, if you've been avoiding dental floss, take a tip from
Sheri Shepard and floss more, not 3 to 5 times, but once or twice
a day and avoid rheumatoid arthritis.

Good Luck!
