Celebrity Rxs For Low-Cost Beauty Products!

                                Spend Less On Beauty Products!

If you think most or all stars spend ginormous amounts of money to
hold onto or achieve their beauty, you're sadly mistaken.
Yes, some do spend hundreds on pricey creams and moisturizers,
and then there are those that spend thousands on cosmetic surgery.
Well, as one great man or woman (we're not sure) said--"Attaining beauty
shouldn't be expensive or painful."
And if those are the words you want to live by, then start following the examples
set by...
a) Tyra Banks-
We've covered this before, but here it is again, Ms. Banks uses Vaseline.

Popular for decades in African-American homes, Ms. Banks has taken
up this tradition and still uses it today.
Use it as a hair gel, or a lip balm. put some on a scrape or bruise or use it
as a moisturizer for your face., legs and hands.

One tip: Some women have complained that it (Vaseline) makes them look
"too shiny" if that's the case- put on your regular moisturizer first,

and then put a little vaseline on the eyes, upper lip and neck.
A fun fact: A woman appeared on the talk show "Sally Jessy Raphael" some yrs. back,
and said the reason she was wrinkle-free at 60...was Vaseline.
b) Ellen and Oprah-
Yes, you're reading it right,  and if you're wondering what could these
2 talk show titans have in common regarding beauty?
Well,  the answer would be avocados!
We're not sure if they eat them or even apply them to their skin or hair,
but we do know that both women have properties and on both of those

properties are...lots of avocado trees.
And for less than $1.50 each,  your skin and hair can benefit greatly.
Eat them or mix them with other foods and you have the makings

of a youth-boosting product that will give any expensive cream or surgery
a run for their money. And now that Winter is here, and you want to keep
your locks (hair) soft, thick and manageable, use an avocado hair mask.

Mash some up with egg yolks or a bottle of flat beer, place on your hair,
put on a shower cap and sit back and relax for 20 mins.
After that, rinse out and shampoo and condition your hair as you normally
would.
And if you're not a fan of using foods in your hair, that's okay,
eating some avocado a few times a week-will help boost moods,
lower cholesterol levels, (yea, no statins) and even help you
reduce that middle (belly fat) Or head to your local drugstore
and look for avocado shampoos and conditioners.
And one last tip-- Some stores are now selling avocados very cheaply.
Head to Aldi's or B.J.s or Costco and stock up. Peel them. place some
lemon juice on them and put them in the freezer.
Or you can send Ellen or Oprah an email,  or a tweet and ask if they'll
let you buy some very cheaply or take any extra avocados off their hands.
c) Deborah Norville-
Yes, the host of the T.V. show "Inside Edition" has been around for almost
3 decades now and will be 60 yrs. of age in less than 3 yrs.
And although Ms. Norville is pushing some type of cream by "The Doctor's"
(the T.V. show) Andrew Ordon, she was a big believer in eggs.

More specifically-Egg whites. Eating egg whites is quite popular,
but did you know that spreading the whites on your eyes, upper lips, forehead,
and chin kept fine lines away.

Well, the egg whites are popular for those concerned about fine lines,
but for the rest of the population concerned about loose and wrinkling skin,
then use the other part of the egg- the yolk.
The egg yolk is an inexpensive powerhouse for those concerned about the
parts of the body that really age quickly--the eyes, the neck and the hands.
And why do they age so quickly? Thinner skin and even fewer oil glands.
So, if you're a fan of eggs, remember- don't just eat them, wear them as well,
on your face and in your hair.
Want more on the power of eggs? Go to Amazon.com/the kindle store,
and type The Great Easter Egg Hunt in the search bar. Download it,
for the same price you pay for a pack of gum, you can find out how
eggs benefit your heart, eyes, skin, hair and brains.
The last tip: A women from India, prescribed an egg yolk on the face for
30 straight days for those suffering from out-of-control acne.

This as well as limiting or (giving up for 30 days) white foods, (bread, rice
and pasta) sweets, (donuts, canolis, Oreos) processed foods, (Ramen

noodles and boxed Taco mixes) and sugary beverages (Mountain Dew
and Red Bull).

d) J Lo-
We've covered this subject before, but since she's all over the news,
here's her inexpensive beauty tip: Give up soda, (Coke, diet cokes and

Mountain Dew) and eat more fish.
Jennifer follows Dr. Nicholas Perricone, the Yale School Dermatologist,
who says that if you want youthful skin, effortless weight loss
and lean and toned muscles, then you must eat fish.
And we're not talking the wild-caught salmon (at $9.99 a pound)
that Ms. Lopez eats, sardines and canned salmon benefit you (your skin)
just as well. And make sure to eat the fish with vegetables, fruits,

nuts, seeds and plain yogurt. No Mac & Cheese or fries.
Another tip: Make sure to bake, broil, stir-fry (in a little oil)
or poach it, deep frying it will only cause more breakouts on your

face, back and chest. Fried foods also raise your odds of having a stroke
and heart attack.
One last fun fact: There's a region in Spain where the women not only
eat sardines, they also wear them.
Yup, they say it works better than any pricey cream at keeping their
skin wrinkle-free.

That's it, and due to our busy schedules, we're unable to get to
Cameron Diaz, or Christie Brinkley, Julia Robert's, Kim K.
Queen Latifah or Sophia Loren's beauty secrets, but you can
still get them, how?

Head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and download,
see title to the right. And in addition to their secrets,
you'll also get a ton of beauty secrets to keep your hair,
skin, nails, and feet in tip-top shape during the harsh
and cold Winter months. Don't delay, get your gorgeous
on today.

Good Luck!
