T.V. Host's Rx For Gluten-Free Snacking!

                             Snack Like This Fox Friend!
Yo may love her or hate her, but you can't deny the fact she may have started
the "gluten-free" craze.
Who is it? Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

The former co-host on "The View" and now a co-host on "Fox and Friends"
was the first celebrity to sound the alarm about gluten and the dangers
it posed to the American diet and people.

You see, Ms. Hasselbeck was a contestant on the long running

show- "Survivor" and actually felt better eating all of that rice.
And this was the total opposite of most of her competition, they
actually felt worse, run down and constantly tired.

MS. Hasselbeck says that not having wheat and grains made her feel
better and when she got back home, she decided to find out why.
Long story short, after a series of tests, she discovered she has Celiac
disease. A disease in which the small intestines are hypersensitive to gluten,
which leads to trouble digesting food.

And today, Ms. Hasselbeck gets a lot of credit for making a lot of us much more

aware of this serious disease.
But don't feel too bad for Ms. Hasselbeck, she still eats well in spite of Celiac
disease.
And one way she treats herself, is with a snack.
What type of snack?
A protein bar.
A gluten-free and sugar-free snack that has 20 grams of protein
per serving.
The snack bar: Think Thin High Protein Bars! price- $2.00 per bar.
Find them at supermarkets or GNC stores.

These bars help boost metabolism and curb hunger for up to 4 hrs.

And lastly, if you want more info on Celiac disease-go to Google.com,
and type Celiac disease in the search bar.
And if you want more info on Elisabeth Hasselbeck, go to Google.com
and type in her name or her cookbooks in the search bar.

Good Luck!
