Hollywood's Rx For Leftover Valentine's Day Champagne!

                          Drink Up For Better Health!

Another Valentine's day has come and gone, and if you celebrated like
some stars with champagne, make sure you don't let it go to waste.
Why?
Well, it's expensive, but just like red wine it can also boost your health

and looks.
How so? Continue reading to find out.

a) Improve Memory!
Champagne is made with grapes and grapes are one of the best foods
to help improve both spatial and short term memory.
b) A Healthier Heart-
Yes, champagne can improve memory, and it can also boost heart
health, by keeping dangerous plaque from sticking to arteries near
the heart and brain. This also means you lower your risk for stroke and
blood clots.
c) It's Better For Your Waistline-
A glass of red or white wine comes in at about 120 calories,
champagne about 80.
d) Thicker Hair-
Use some of that champagne as a hair conditioner.
Allow it to sit at room temperature and then take it into

the bathroom with you. After using your regular shampoo,
pour in the champagne and really work it into your scalp.
After a few minutes, wash it out using lukewarm water.

There you have it, putting those leftovers to use, just like
some of Hollywood's biggest stars would, (Jennifer Garner,
Sarah Michelle Gellar, and the 2 Jessicas--Simpson and Chastain).
And lastly, if you want to continue to reap some of the benefits of

a glass of champagne but can't afford to do so- look for cheaper
varieties...Cava and Prosecco.

Good Luck!
