Late Night Host's Rx For A Healthy Comfort Food!

Eat Pizza and Boost Your Health!

Late nite host Jimmy Kimmel doesn't bother to hide his love of

pizza. Unlike a lot of stars who say they eat gluten--free or strictly
fruits or vegetables or drink only smoothies, Mr. Kimmel says
he'll eat pizza when he's 80, 90 or older.

And if you think Mr. Kimmel is doing himself harm by
eating so much pizza, you're wrong.
That's right, if it (pizza) is made with top notch ingredients,
along with a healthy crust,
it can actually improve your health.

Improve your health? Come on.
Well, let's start with the sauce--
*Tomatoes contain lycopene, a compound that makes
tomatoes red can reverse skin aging.
Yes, you're reading it right, skin aging due to time spent
in the sun can be reversed and even prevented by eating more
tomatoes. Consider it "natural sunscreen."

*Cheese-
Don't overload your pie with a lot of mozzarella and you can boost moods. Cheese contains trytophan and tyrosine,
which are amino acids that your body uses to produce calming serotonin and mood-boosting dopamine.
*Olives-
Do you like whole olives or olive oil? Well, whether you prefer
one or  both, you're helping your brain prevent the very real
problem known as Alzheimer's.
That's right, dementia and diminished capacity can be prevented
or slowed down with olives. Both olives and the oils contain healthy fats
that block toxic proteins that can cause memory loss.
* Mushrooms-
We're not sure if Mr. Kimmel likes pepperoni or mushrooms,
but if he does like mushrooms, they'll help lower his odds of
getting certain cancers. Mushrooms (like broccoli) suppress
excess estrogen (the female hormone) that causes cancer to begin
and then spread.
That's it, and if you want to know how green peppers, herbs like oregano,
onions, garlic, cheddar cheese, and salmon on top of a pizza can really
turbocharge your health, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store, and
download....see title above and to the right.

Good Luck!
