A Star's Healthy Fast Food Rx To End Joint Pain!

Fish Tacos For a Saturday Night!

"J Lo" (or Jennifer Lopez) is constantly being asked what's
she does to look so good at age 46?

Her replies are the usual...dance, drink plenty of water,
get enough sleep, cut out soda and eat plenty of fish.

Yes, the last one may really be the secret of her youthful looks

and incredible dance moves at age 46, and if you too, are a big fan
of fish, then you need to give yourself a pat on the back.

Eating fish a few times a week will do a number of great things for  your
health, things like...

* turn back on the clock on skin, plumping it up, making it look less wrinkled
(consider it a cheaper and safer form of Botox)
* put an end to bad and depressive moods, some doctors prescribe more fish
(and not harmful anti-depressants) to banish blue moods and negative thoughts.

* keep arteries clear- concerned about damaged arteries and blood clots?
Eat more fish.
* Ease aches and pains- Eating a few servings of fish each may work just as well
or even better than doctor-prescribed arthritic medications. It's the healthy fats
that help repair damaged muscles and joints.

Wait, you say you're not a fish eater?  Perhaps the following recipe
for a taco, (a Fish taco) will make you a convert.
The recipe:
Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa.
Ingredients:
4 pieces of fish, salmon, trout, catfish, cooked on top of the stove-using a small
amount of oil, or cooked in the oven.

Or just use frozen breaded fillets and cook according to the directions on
the back of the box, (once cooked, allow to cool and remove the breading)
1 red onion, cut into thin slices
1 mango, (ripe) dice it into cubes
1/2 cup of chopped up peppers, red or green
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, ( muddle it with a wooden spoon) to make it less "soapy tasting"
2 Tbs. Lime juice
1/2 cup sour cream
A cup (or 2) of chopped greens, romaine or iceberg lettuce
4 taco shells (prepare according to the directions on the box)

1 Tbs. mashed chipotle  peppers in Adobo sauce, look for Goya or
La Morena at your local supermarket.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions:
Place your fish in a bowl and cut into bite size pieces. (or leave it whole)
Combine the mango, pepper, cilnatro and lime juice in
another bowl. And then, combine the sour cream with the chipotle
peppers in another bowl. After that is done, start making your tacos.
Place some fish in a taco, add the mango salsa, and finish it up
with the chipotle sour cream and some lettuce.

That's it- and here are some more tips  regarding fish,
If it (fish) is too pricey, head to Trader's Joe, Aldi.
or Costco and stock up on salmon, sardines and tuna in the cans.
Avoid deep frying it in vats of oil, as this increases your odds of having a stroke.
Do combine your fish with veggies, or brown rice and not French fries, hush puppies,
Mac and Cheese and buckets of soda (or Kool-aid)
Having  fish a few times a week and you too, can look and feel younger just like "J Lo"

And one last tip....

Go online and look for books by Nicholas Perricone, he's a dermatologist and
Yale professor who started writing about the benefits of fish to turn back the
clock (on one's appearance) about 15 yrs. ago.
Also head to Amazon.com and type The Nordic Secrets to Perfect Health

in the search bar. Download it and learn how the people of Scandinavian
countries eat tons of fish and suffer way less depression (even with 3 hours of
sunlight in the Winter) than their American brothers and sisters.

Good Luck!
