Sexiest Man's Rx For Avoiding Winter Colds!

Stay Cold and Flu-Free This Winter!

If you been away from television, radio or the internet this past week, then
you may not know that People magazine voted soccer star and T.V. pitchman

David Beckham, this yrs' "sexiest man alive."

And if you're wondering how Mr. Beckham gets to be that sexy, the answer may

come from diet.
What type of diet?
A mostly plant-based diet, very little or no processed foods and juices.
That's right, just as Eddie Murphy is known as a coffee junkie,
Mr. Beckham can be seen getting a green juice (or two) most days of the week.
And if you're like Mr. Beckham and a fan of juice, you may want to have
the juice that'll keep your immune levels high and your chances for getting

a cold very low.

The Juice-
The Green Juice Immunity Builder:
Ingredients:
10 to 12 grapes, (red or green)
a small cucumber
8 to 10 spinach leaves (fresh)
a cup of water
2 kiwi, (if you throw in the peel, make sure it's thoroughly cleaned)
place all ingredients in a juicer or blender and blend until smooth.
Enough for 1 large glass or 2 small glasses.

That's it, and remember this-kiwi is a powerhouse against germs and harmful bacteria.
How much of a powerhouse?
A woman started eating 2 a day as a way to prevent colds (in the Fall and Winter)
and in less than 6 wks. her undereye bags disappeared.
That's right, kiwi literally cleaned out the toxins and sludge in
her system making her complexion appear youthful and vibrant.

And lastly, if you really want more great tips on ways to prevent Winter colds
and flu, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type Never Get Sick

AGT' Rx For Preventing Colds!

                           Sing To Prevent Colds!

Ever hear the expressions, sing for your supper?
How about, sing like a canary?
Well, if you're a fan of America's Got Talent, then you're well
aware that the singer Emily West was beat by a magician

named Matt Franco, (any relation to James, just wondering)
But don't feel bad for Ms. West, we're sure someone out there
will help her become a successful singer.
And there's another reason you shouldn't feel bad for Ms. West,
the reason: being a singer means she's less likely to get colds and the flu
during the Winter months.

What does that mean?
Singing, whether it's done on a stage in front of thousands
or singing in the shower,   it (singing) raises the number of
antibodies in your system, providing you with the first line of
defense against invading viruses (germs) and bacteria.

And for those who want to know if there's anything
besides singing that'll help prevent colds, the answer is yes.

Those things...
a) Eat breakfast.
Just make sure it's a breakfast that'll boost health and
not donuts, cronuts, canolis, or danishes. Make it an egg,
broccoli, mushrooms and garlic stir-fry, a fruit/veggie
smoothie or some plain yogurt, fruit, & nuts.
b) Yoga or Tai Chi-
For some reason, gentle exercises boost your immunity
better than 5 miles of running or weightlifting for an hour each day.
c) Listen To Dr. Oz-
The good doctor says- to cut down on the number of colds
you get each yr. you may have to give up or cut way down on the
amount of sugar you eat. Salt gets the bad rap, but eat a lot of sugar
and you'll do considerable damage to your immune system.
Eat more fruit, or air-popped popcorn, nuts, or drink more...

tea with cinnamon or water to help shut down sugar cravings.

That's it- 4 tips to help you prepare for this yrs. cold and flu season.
And if you want even more great tips on how to bolster your immune
system, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type

Germany, Austria, China, Japan, Spain and Greece avoid

Katy Perry's Rx For Preventing Winter Colds!

Stay Cold Free Like Katy Perry!

If you love listening to Katy Perry and her upbeat music
to get a mood boost, give yourself a pat on the back.
But also let it be known that a mood boost isn't all that
you're getting.
What else, you ask? You're also protecting yourself against
colds and flu.

That's right-listening to upbeat music fires up immune
cells and lowers your risk of illness by 40%.
And more good news: Just listening for 10 mins. spurs
production of bug-fighting T-cells by as much as 15%.
And one more tip: Dance while you listen, why?
Being active and listening to upbeat music can help
cut your chances of catching a cold by a whopping 75%.
Aerobic activity spurs the release of immune cells,

helping them to circulate throughout your body so they
can destroy viruses and bacteria.

preventing colds and flus.

TMZ's Rx For Better Eyesight!

                      Health Tip From TMZ!
On the show TMZ, you get to watch a room full of people talk
to and about celebrities and sport stars. On tonight's episode

the subject of sunflower seeds came up, one member of the staff
says he "eat 1/2 bag a day." Another member of the show-said "they're
not good for you, they're full of fat and sodium."
The sodium part is right, but the fat part, they're a good fat.
Like olive oil or avocados, plus they offer some incredible benefits,
one being improved eyesight.

That's right- if you wake up at 2:00 am and have to turn on the light
and the brightness is too much, a tbsp. of sunflower seeds will put an end to it.
They're also great for helping those suffering from near-sightedness.

More benefits:
a) Stronger, unbreakable nails.
b) Offer relief from stress and anxiety.
c) Boost Immunity.
d) Help you get over colds and flu faster.
e) Replace the cookies and chips in your home,
they're a better snack for your kids.

So, go ahead and continue to eat those sunflower seeds,
and if your budget allows, buy the ones already shelled,
and if you're budget doesn't allow you buy them shelled,
place the sunflower seeds in a bowl of warm water,
rinse and dry them with paper towels.
 This will remove the harmful
sodium, and remember no more than 2 tbsps. a day.

That's it- a tip to make just as healthy as a member of TMZ
or a baseball player.

Good Luck!
