TMZ's Rx For Better Eyesight!

                      Health Tip From TMZ!
On the show TMZ, you get to watch a room full of people talk
to and about celebrities and sport stars. On tonight's episode

the subject of sunflower seeds came up, one member of the staff
says he "eat 1/2 bag a day." Another member of the show-said "they're
not good for you, they're full of fat and sodium."
The sodium part is right, but the fat part, they're a good fat.
Like olive oil or avocados, plus they offer some incredible benefits,
one being improved eyesight.

That's right- if you wake up at 2:00 am and have to turn on the light
and the brightness is too much, a tbsp. of sunflower seeds will put an end to it.
They're also great for helping those suffering from near-sightedness.

More benefits:
a) Stronger, unbreakable nails.
b) Offer relief from stress and anxiety.
c) Boost Immunity.
d) Help you get over colds and flu faster.
e) Replace the cookies and chips in your home,
they're a better snack for your kids.

So, go ahead and continue to eat those sunflower seeds,
and if your budget allows, buy the ones already shelled,
and if you're budget doesn't allow you buy them shelled,
place the sunflower seeds in a bowl of warm water,
rinse and dry them with paper towels.
 This will remove the harmful
sodium, and remember no more than 2 tbsps. a day.

That's it- a tip to make just as healthy as a member of TMZ
or a baseball player.

Good Luck!
