Female Rapper's Favorite Food Rx To Prevent Colds!

                Avoid Colds Like Nicki!

If you caught today's edition of Ellen, then you're well aware that
her guest was the top selling female rapper.
If you're still not sure, it was Nicki Minaj!

And just as some people study and keep track of weather, or oil prices
or stocks, we pay special attention to foods, and how they can improve
your health.
And one of the foods we're talking about is Nicki Minaj's
favorites' ...what is it?
Pickles.

That's right, Ms. Minaj said in an interview that she shouldn't eat so

many, but she can't stop herself.
Well, Ms. Minaj should avoid a lot of pickles if her weight and blood pressure
are being affected.
Pickles do have a lot of salt, but if you're blood pressure is in the normal
range, then continue eating them. Why?
Eating just 1/2 cup of unpasteurized fermented vegetables,
like brined pickles, sauerkraut or himchi-daily strengthens your ability
to fight off the common cold and other viruses in as little as 2 wks.
Fermented veggies produce a probiotic that feeds and heals the digestive
tract lining, encouraging it to produce healthy immune cells.

So, if you're like Ms. Minaj, and you like your pickles and kimchi,
and don't have a weight or blood pressure problem, then by all means-
continue to indulge, your Immune system will thank you.

Important tip: Look for the word fermented on that jar of pickles
or sauerkraut.

Good Luck!

Kim Kardashian's Rx For Avoiding Colds

                               The Soles Of Kim Kardashian!
With the holiday season in full swing, we still have to remember it's cold season.
And that's the point of this post. To remind you take special care and not get sick.

The old ways to avoid colds...Wash your hands a few times a day, eat some plain
yogurt (probiotics) sing out loud each day or add some garlic to your daily menus
are great tips, but there's one more...
The tip: Watch your shoes, more specifically-the soles.

That's right- Kim Kardashian who not only loves to buy them, but sell them
as well, can help keep you cold-free this Winter. How?
The soles of your shoes can harbor over a hundred thousand germs, germs that
can put your health at serious risk.

So, how do avoid this?
Kick off your shoes at the door, especially if you have rugs,
and wash the bottom of your shoes with a disinfecting agent
or some bleach and water, once a week.

And one more tip: Keep slippers at the door, (for all family members)
and really reduce your risk of infections.

That's it- a tip to stay cold and flu-free. And feel free to pass this tip onto
Kim Kardashian, but with her recent problems, (marital issues)
she may not be too concerned about the soles of her shoes.

Good Luck!
