The Olympics Rx To Prevent Colds!

The Sochi Way To Stay Cold Free!

Are you watching the Olympics? Although not as popular as the Summer
Olympics, the Winter Olympics are still getting a large number
of viewers.
The Olympics are being held in Russia, and if you're familiar with
Russia and its culture, then you probably know all about the reputation
of it (Russia) as being a country that not only makes great Vodka,
but a country that loves drinking it as well.

If you're a fan of vodka, why not combine some vodka with some
other ingredients and boost your health in the process.
Boost your health?

Yes, a shot of whiskey, brandy, gin or vodka can boost health in
a number of ways, and one of those ways is by keeping you
cold-free.

That's right- don't think because it's almost March, you're
out of the woods when it comes to colds and flu.

So, to show your appreciation to our Olympic athletes and
to Russia, have the following drink and remain cold-free.
The Drink: Pear Tarta Tatini.
Ingredients--
1.5 oz pear vodka (try Absolut Pears) *
1/2 oz cinnamon schnapps or cinnamon whiskey*
2 1/2 oz. pear nectar
1 quarter wedge of lemon
Cinnamon or nutmeg
* You might have to head to a high-end
liquor store to find the pear vodka and cinnamon schnapps.
---------------------------------------------
Directions:
Combine the vodka, schnapps and pear nectar in a cocktail
shaker. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
--------------------------------------------------
How does this drink work to prevent colds?
Combining vitamin C-rich pears with cinnamon, inhibits the
growth of harmful viruses and this combo helps you stay
cold-free all Winter long.

Good Luck!
