Deperate Housewive's Fertility Rx!

                   Giving Birth Like A Star!
Marcia Cross, the quiet redhead of the hit ABC show "Desperate Housewives"
gave birth to twins after the age of 40.

What's so unique about that?
Well, she was over 40 and the twins were born healthy.

If you and your spouse or boyfriend would like to have twins or triplets
without medical assistance-your chances are greater if you're over 30.

That's right- for some unkonwn reason, women over 30 have a greater
chance of having twins, as opposed to someone under 30.
Some other celebrities-who've done it:
Mariah Carey-40
Jennifer Lopez- 39.
Angelina Jolie- 32.
Rebecca Romjin-O'Connell- 31.

But, what if you want twins without help from a medical specialist
and you're under 30?
Well, believe it or not, there are some foods that can help. Foods like...
1) Dairy- Yes, the food a lot of women avoid in hopes of maintaining weight,
may help you with multiple births. But there's a catch- the catch...it has to be regular diary,
not fat-free dairy. Why? Full fat dairy contains growth hormones and low and non-fat
dairy doesn't. These hormones not only increase your chances for twins, but can
help those who may be infertile. That's right- before you invest thousands on
fertility treatments, try dairy-full fat.
And one more thing: stop the dairy (or have it occasionally) once you're pregnant,
or extra weight will be another problem.
2) Blackberries- Blueberries get all of the attention, but for some reason, blackberries
help women give birth to twins or triplets.
One more tip: make sure the blackberries are organic, or wash them very carefully.
3) Yams- There's a part of Nigeria where a number of women had
twins and triplets. It confounded a number of people,  until a researcher
figured it out. His finding: It was the yams. Thanks to the dry and sunny conditions,
the people grew and ate a lot of Yams.  If you like yams then you're in luck,
but make sure you don't add a ton of sugar and other foods that may impede
multiple births. And if you're wondering about sweet potatoes-I'm not sure,
the women from Nigeria only eat yams.

That's it- 3 foods and being over 30, can help you deliver twins or triplets.

And one more thing: being over 30 can also increase risks for your future
kids to be born with major birth defects.

Good Luck!
