Sting's Rx For All-Night Sleep!

                               End Insomnia!
Sting, the former lead singer of "The Police" and now-solo singer was today's
guest on the Ellen show. He told Ellen he turned 60 and feels great. How does he do
it? Yoga!

If you remember a few yrs. back, Sting told any and everyone about the benefits of
Yoga that helped him achieve "Superman" like hours in the bedroom.
It's true, yoga-especially for men, is said to help with the dreaded premature
ejaculation-so many men complain about.

But today, I'd rather talk about another problem plaguing both men
and women. The problem: Insomnia!
That's right- taking up yoga can help anyone suffering from an inability
to get to sleep and stay alseep.

Why is it so effective? Yoga relaxes both the body and mind and helps
you drift off to sleep faster and stay asleep longer.

So, are you ready to follow Sting's lead and take up yoga?
