Anderson Cooper's Rx For Avoiding Spring Allergies!

                                              Stop Spring Allergies!

Anderson Cooper had fashion maven, author and  the N.Y. Knicks sideline
reporter,  Jill Martin on his talk show, the subject they were discussing...
Clutter.
Mr. Cooper says he has a closet full of jeans and T-shirts, but only wears
one or two pairs of jeans and a couple of T-shirts.

What's wrong with that?
Well, if you're prone to sneezing, watery eyes, running noses
and headaches, there's a lot wrong with it.

Clothes that hang in closets for months and even yrs.
that aren't being worn can attract a lot of pollen.

Like carpets and drapes, pollen comes in and attaches itself to fabric.
So, as Ms. Martin said- if you're not planning on wearing a lot of the
things in your closet, give them away, throw them out, sell them on Ebay or
store them in chests or drawers and away from all of that pollen.

Another tip: If you plan on buying new sheets- make sure to wash them
as soon as you get home, many manufacturers put chemicals

on the sheets and pillowcases and these chemicals can be
causing problems similar to allergies.

That's it- And if you have time, make sure to watch Anderson's talk show,
(check your local listings) you can learn some very informative things by doing so.

Good Luck!
