Jennifer Aniston's Rx For Greater Health!

                             Get Healthy Like Jennifer! 

Jennifer Aniston celebrated another birthday this past Feb.
and she says she still feels as good as did 20 yrs. ago.
So, what's her secret? It could be the fact that she eats well all week,
and then has some pizza or a burger on the weekend.
Or it could be the fact she ate a salad for lunch, the whole 10 yrs. she
did the T.V. show-"Friends!"
Or it could be the fact that she does yoga and Pilates religiously.
Or it could the new weight loss trend sweeping Europe. 

What is it? Juicing.

That's right- juicing in Europe is gaining in popularity, thanks to 

a nutritionist  named Jason Vale. 
Ms. Aniston follows the teachings of Mr. Vale and it's helping her to look
more youthful and 
feel clear-minded and energetic at forty-something. 
Her favorite beverage...A blend of cucumbers, beets, spinach, kale, carrots,
celery, some fresh garlic and ginger and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Ms. Aniston says it tastes like a vegetable soup.

So, if  you're feeling run down and don't like the image you see in the mirror,
perhaps it's time to take after Ms. Aniston and have some juice, once
or twice a week.
