Orange Is The New Color For Beautiful Skin!

                     Wear Orange For Great Skin!
Are you a fan of the yr. old show- Orange is the new Black?
Well, you're not alone, the Netflix show is a big hit with
a lot of people and it may win a number of awards at next wks'
Emmy awards.

And if you really like the color Orange, you can use it to help
heal your skin.

Heal your skin?
Yes, Orange can help you get rid of age spots.
More specifically, pumpkin can help you erase those sunspots.
It's the anti-aging secret actress Uma Thurman has used for
the past 15 yrs. (she's 45) and if you follow Ms. Thurmans' lead, you too,
can turn back the clock...on your face and hands.

To make your own anti-aging pumpkin mask,
follow the directions below...
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. pumpkin puree (from a can)
1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh lemon)
1 Tbs. sugar (brown or white)
1/2 tsp. of coconut or olive oil.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl--mix well. Using your hands,
smooth the mask onto clean, dry skin, (avoid placing it around the eyes)
and after applying it to your face, apply some to the hands (tops of hands)
Leave on for 15 to 20 mins. and after 15 or 20 minutes, rinse the mask off
with warm water.
Pumpkin is rich in vitamin A, a vitamin many women don't get enough of.
And if you're experiencing thinning skin on your face and hands, it may
be an vitamin A deficiency.
You can also find vitamin A in other orange foods like...butternut and acorn
squash, carrots, apricots, sweet potatoes and cantaloupe.
Eat a few servings of these foods each week and see what a difference it makes
in your skin.

And one last tip:
Why not mix up this mask and wear it while you're watching the Emmy's?

Good Luck!
