T.V. Host's Rx For Adult Acne!

                          Mario Lopez and Adult Acne!

Mario Lopez, the hunky former child star and now host of the

popular gossip show "Extra" complained about acne breakouts
on his Twitter account.
He wanted to know why it was still happening to him,
at age 40?
The most likely answer--his diet.

You see, Mr. Lopez eats right (or clean) most of the time,
but then one or two days a week, he lets loose.

Which means--he'll have a meatball sub or a stack of pancakes
or some cheesecake.
In fact, this is the same diet that "The Rock" and Terry Crews
follow, and it may be the cause of the breakouts.

When you eat a clean diet of say--salads, fish, beans,
nuts, seeds and some olive oil and then have a burger and fries,
or Mac and Cheese, you're only asking for trouble.

What type of trouble?
Inflammation.

These types of foods that contain ample amounts of sugar,
fats, bad carbs, etc. release inflammation throughout your body,
and it spreads to your organs (liver and heart) and your face.
And when Mr. Lopez sees a zit after a day or two of indulging,

it's most likely the inflammation causing it.
So, what should Mr. Lopez do?
Become a monk and stick to a diet of veggies, fruit,
lean meat, fish, nuts, seeds and healthy fats?
Or should he continue with a weekly treat of pizza,
a burger and a few chocolate chip cookies?
Well, if Mr. Lopez continues with a burger and fries
once or twice a week, then maybe he should use the
following acne treatment.

What is it?

Mix a little lemon juice with some honey (raw and dark)
apply to the acne and let it alone for 10 to 15 minutes.
After the time is up, wash it off with warm water
and a mild soap and apply your moisturizer.
Do this 2 to 3 times a week.
That's it- and if you are going through the same thing
and you want to change your diet and do it the right
way, go to Google.com and type Tosca Reno in the search bar.
A woman who overcame a lifetime of bad eating habits--
and got healthy in her early 50's.

Good Luck!
