A Fall Movie Rx's For Looking and Feeling Great!

                           Fall Movie Tip!

Now that the Summer is over, it's time for warm sweaters, apples and apple cider,
shorter days, heartier meals (like beef stew) and Fall movies.

And if you're into movies with great plots and great acting, you may
want to check out "This Is Where I Leave You!"
A movie about 4 siblings who meet up after their father dies.
The movie features half of Hollywood, (only kidding) stars
like Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Connie Britton, Dax Shepard,
Abigail Spencer and Jane Fonda.

And if you do go, make sure to pay special attention to Jane Fonda,
why?
She's now 76 and looks better than ever.
Ms. Fonda was asked recently, what helps you stay so vibrant
and young looking.
Her answer wasn't the usual diet, yoga, cosmetic surgery,

no- Ms. Fonda uses the same beauty secret used by Penelope
Cruz.
What is it?

Sleep!
That's right, Ms. Fonda says she gets 8 to 9 hrs. of sleep a night.
And if you don't think an extra hr. or two of sleep (each night) will
help, you're wrong.
In addition to helping you look a few yrs. younger,
6 and 1/2 hrs. of sleep to 8 hrs. of sleep each night will also...
* Help you turn back the clock. Want to spend less time
  applying moisturizers, creams and lotions?
Sleep more and you' ll see fewer wrinkles.
They don't call it "beauty sleep" for nothing.

* Help you solve difficult problems. (Make sure kids get
between 7 to 9 hrs. of sleep each night. It (sleep) helps them
  in school.
* Weight maintenance- struggling with a sweet tooth or carb
cravings? More sleep may be the answer to conquer your
    expanding waistline.
* Lower Rates of certain diseases.
Concerned about becoming a diabetic? Or getting breast,
uterine or colon cancer? Sleep more and reduce your rates
of ever getting any type of disease. Especially important:
Get to sleep before 12:00 am and make sure the room is
   totally dark.
* Cold Season--another sign of Fall? More colds, you can really
give your immune system a boost by sleeping more.

So, if you thought that 4 to 6 hrs. of sleep was enough,
take a cue from Ms. Fonda and Penelope Cruz and go to bed
earlier and get up later. Your body, mind, soul and appearance
will thank you.

Good Luck!
