A Television Watching Rx To Eat Less!

                             Stop Mindless Snacking! 

Ladies, (and guys), do you enjoy snacking while watching television?
Well, if you answered yes, then you'll love to know about the research
that was done on snacking while watching television.
What's the research? If you eat (or snack) while watching something 

boring, chances are you eat way more than you intended.

How so? 
The researchers say that watching something you're not fully engaged in
makes it all too easy to reach for food to pass the time and entertain yourself.
And if you want to change this one bad habit, the researchers say watch
something that keeps you riveted and interested.
