Hollywood's Next Big Diet Trend!

                            Diet Like A Hollywood Star! 

Stars are always on the cutting edge of fashion, music, hairstyles
and diets.
And a  lot of stars embrace a diet for a few weeks and then lose interest.
You know, the detox diet, the low-carb diet, the juice diet, the eat no
later than 6:00 pm diet, etc.

But things have changed. How so?
Many more stars are adopting a diet not only to lose weight,
but to improve their health as well.
Oh 5, 10 or even 15 yrs. ago, a star followed a diet to prepare for a
role and right after the shoot was over, they abandoned the diet.
