Food Rxs To Look Like A Hollywood Star!

Eating To Look Like A Star!

Is there a star you really admire? Do you admire them because of their looks,
their lifestyle or their bank account?
If you said looks, then you may be in luck. no-this isn't a post about
getting cosmetic surgery or paying for expensive spa treatments, get
better looking like a star by going to the Supermarket or Farmer's market.

That's right- eating certain foods can add years to your life and subtract
the lines, bags and blue veins.
Look below and find out which food helps with a specific beauty problem.
a) Gorgeous Hair-
Are you a fan of chicken? We're not talking about the deep-fried chicken from
Chick-Fil-A or KFC, but a chicken breast cooked in your oven.
More chicken helps prevents split ends and boosts shine.

Just make sure to leave out the side dishes- mac and cheese,
biscuits, gravy and sweet tea. Eating these foods with your chicken
will not contribute to dry, thinning and dandruff-filled hair, but an expanding
waistline as well. Eat your chicken with a salad, or a vegetable that's considered
low carb, (green beans).
b) Wrinkles-
Is your face starting to show a wrinkle or two? Head to the supermarket and pick up
some eggplant, (and make sure to eat the purple or black skin). Eggplant contains
compounds that help fight wrinkles.
Another benefit of eggplant- It helps keeps your heart in tip-top shape.

Just like the first tip, skip the 3 cheeses, the meat, and the bread.
Just fry it in a little olive oil, (do not bread it--the eggplant), and finish it
up with some tomatoes, a little grated cheese and a salad.
c) Sun Damage-
See the tip above, mainly the tomato tip. Adding more tomatoes, (especially cooked)
to meals like wheat pasta or soups helps protect your skin from the Sun's
damaging rays.
d) Longer and Stronger Nails-
Hate that your nails don't grow like they did when you were younger?
Eggs (especially the yolks) are rich in B vitamins, which increase strength,
length, and the conditions of your nails. Just 3 eggs a week should do it.
e) Dark Circles-
Raccoon eyes are a problem for many, but if you add walnuts and kiwi
to your daily menus, you should see a difference in a matter of weeks.
Another tip: You may have to give up sweets and diary for good or eat
them occasionally. Both foods are said to contribute to under-eye circles.
f) Great Legs-
Do what Cameron Diaz does for her great legs-she eats blueberries.

Prevent the swelling and keep new veins from forming with blueberries,
dark grapes, plums and black and red berries.
Another benefit of berries- they help preserve your memory.
This is the right time to pick and stock up on fresh blueberries.

That's It- 6 foods to help you like or even better than a star.

Good Luck!
