Olivia Munn's Rx For Better Health!

                      Don't Sleep Like Olivia!

Olivia Munn the former cohost of the popular "Attack of the Show"
is now a full-fledged movie star. She costars with Matthew McConaghey
and Tatum Channing in the big hit, Magic Mike!

Well, on last night's Tonight show, Ms. Munn revealed to Jay Leno-
she doesn't sleep much and she loves to shop online.
She can sleep, but she sees it as a waste of time and since she doesn't
sleep, she loves to shop online, her favorite site: SkyMall.com.
Choosing not to sleep when you're more than capable of sleeping,
means you're putting your health in risk in a number of ways, like...

a) Diabetes-
Sleep less, toss and turn and you increase your risk of getting diabetes.
b) Weight Gain-
Although Ms. Munn looks good now, continue with the sleep less than 4 hrs.
a night and increase your chances for being overweight. You'll also
crave muffins, canolis, pastries, cinnabuns, deep dish pizza and
brownies. Don't believe it- look to former Today show host, Bryant Gumbel.
He bragged, that the whole time he was on the Today show, he only needed
to sleep 3 hrs. a night. And for the whole time on that show, he said he struggled
with his weight.
c) Blue Moods-

Even full-blown depression. Sleeping for a few hrs. a night, means you disrupt
the neurotransmitters in your brain, and this results in crankiness, blue moods
and even depression.
d) Breast Cancer-
To turn off or shut down cancerous tumors, it's wise to watch your diet,
(very little or no sugar) and make sure you sleep between 7 to 9 hrs.
e) Watch The Lights-
Do you leave the T.V. on while you sleep? Do you sleep near an alarm clock?
Do you sleep with a night light? Well, researchers say that sleeping in total

darkness is just as important as sleeping for 7 to 9 hrs. a night.
f) Making Bad Choices-

Mistakes while driving, messing up at work or buying things you don't need,
may be a result of too little sleep.
g) The Latest Findings-
As of today, you can add stroke risk to the list of health issues that
may arise as a result of too little sleep.

So, do you see yourself in this post? Do you take after Ms. Munn?
Are you proud of  sleeping 3 to 5 hrs. a night?
Well, don't be, all of the evidence you need is listed above.
And please, if you can, send this link to Ms. Olivia, via Facebook
or Twitter.

Good Luck and Good Sleeping!
