Simple Diet Rxs For A Hollywood Body!

                                          Get Your Hollywood Body!

 Do you ever wish you could look like JLo, Charlize Theron
or Megan Fox? Well, if you're not able to afford trainers,
massage therapists, yoga instructors and special cooks then it's
probably not going to happen.

But wait, you might not need the trainers and cooks, all that's required
is finding the right diet for your body type. There was a blood type
diet a few yrs. back, well this one is similar, but it's based on your body type.
Featured on Dr. Oz's show this past Winter, Dr. Mark Liponis
says his new diet plan is based on two body types.
a) The Hunter Body!
If you gain weight primarily in the stomach, and have small hips and butts,
then you need to eat 3 larger meals made up of protein, fish, chicken ,
turkey and lean beef, eggs, nuts, vegetables and very few grains, a sweet potato
or some black beans are okay, and stay away from or eat rarely- bread, flours,
pastas and white potatoes.
And if you're not hungry in the morning, then don't eat.

b) The Farmer's Body-
If you tend to gain weight in your rear, the hips and the legs, you're a Farmer.
You should be eating smaller, more frequent meals, made up of fruit, vegetables, 

and whole grains, mainly a vegetarian diet.

want to try something different, listen to Dr. Oz and try this diet.
