now and recently, they (the researchers) say that just 15 minutes
of laughing a day, helps you burn about 100 calories a day.
An hour of laughing will help you burn about 400 calories a day.
They also say that laughing conditions the muscles in your stomach, 

lowering cortisol levels and helping move more nutrients and oxygen
through body tissues.

So, are you ready to laugh more? Does your metabolism need a boost?
Well, with bathing suit season about 3 months away, it's time to
put away the sweet treats and the other comfort foods and give your metabolism
