Dieting Secrets From The Most Beautiful Woman In The World!

                                 Look Great Like Gywneth! 

Gwyneth Paltrow-was just named "The Most Beautiful In The World"
Ms. Paltrow follows the Detox specialist known as Dr. Alejandro Junger/
It's a diet that's only to be used for no more than 3 days and it's designed to
restore metabolism and trigger fat loss. 

Gwyneth follows it a few times a yr, and then goes back to sensible
portions of healthy foods.

Here's a one day menu of something Gwyneth would eat.
Breakfast:
1 cup of cooked oatmeal (steel cut) or quinoa
add a cup of rice milk and some blueberries.
Or have a Detox smoothie:
Throw in 1/4 cup whey protein powder, 

1/8 cup of greens powder (find it at the health-food store)
1/2 cup fruit
1 and 1/2 cup of almond milk
Blend in a blender or a juicer (Nutri Bullet)

Lunch: 

3 oz. grilled shrimp or chicken
2 to 3 cups of salad. Mix some romaine lettuce with
spinach, almonds, 1/2 cup sliced avocado, tomatoes
and for the salad dressing- make your own.
Mix 2 tbs. of olive oil and apple cider vinegar, 

a dash of lemon juice and some herbs. Mix well and serve
over the salad. 

Dinner:
Make it a soup.
Choose a soup that's more like a broth.
Chicken stock with some fresh or frozen vegetables.

And if you need a snack or two, choose...
a few walnuts or 2 tbs. of almonds
a low-sodium vegetable juice
or 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds and 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds.

That's it- and remember, to follow this diet for one, two or three days. 

It's designed to help you lose 1 to 3 pounds.
