Jennifer Aniston's Food Rx For a Better Summer!

                        Eat This For Better Eyesight! 

If you're a real fan of the T.V. show- "Friends" then you should
know what Jennifer Aniston had for lunch the whole 10 yrs.
she did the show.

Can't remember?
It was salad. And new research says that adding more salads to
your daily menus can help you overcome a problem that
affects a lot of us. What is it? Glare from the "too bright"
Sunlight in the Summer. (Also helpful for skiers)
Strawberries, kale, romaine lettuce, onions, spinach, 

tomatoes and carrots contain compounds that strengthen the
eye cells needed to process the bright lights.

Also helpful- throw in a tbs. or two of sunflower seeds.
Salads will also help keep your weight down, so think of it
as a one-two punch for a great Summer.
Just make sure to watch the dressings you dress that salad in,
and leave out the meats, (ham and salami) and the fatty cheeses.

And for those who just aren't into salads, wear sunglasses with
green, brown or gray lenses.
