Hollywood's Rx To Stop Cancer!

                              Prevent The Female Cancers! 

Even though you may make it big as a Hollywood star, you're not immune to
the rest of heartaches, illnesses and hardships the rest of us feel. 

Case in point- Angelina Jolie, her mom and aunt have both died yrs. before
they wanted to, their disease: Breast cancer.
Ms. Jolie has taken drastic steps to make sure it doesn't happen to her and
now, some people are questioning it. 

It's her body and her decision, and if you too, without the millions
and fame are facing a similiar situation, what would you do?
Well, some are in that same boat and are looking into every option available, 

and one of those options--Changing their diet.
It's been reported that Ms. Jolie eats a very healthy diet-
so diet wasn't really an option for her, but for you, it may be.

Make some switches at your dinner table, like...

a) Avoid These Foods-
The foods: white foods! Bread, white rice, a scone from Starbucks,
sugary and starchy foods have been named as a serious culprit
in the formation of breast cancer, why? Starches cause blood-sugar surges
and sugar is the fuel cancer needs to grow.
Now, it's not realistic to think you'll never have a hot dog bun
or a croissant, but just make sure it only happens occasionally.
b) Get The Right Starches-
Now that you're not going to be digging into a bowl of white rice
or pasta every day, you'll need alternatives and some that'll help you 

make the change--sweet potatoes, brown rice, popcorn and soba noodles.
These foods release blood sugar slowly, plus they strengthen your immune 

system so it can destroy precancerous cells.
c) Workout-
Spinning, Pilates or dancing with Richard Simmons may make you look good 

and keep you strong, but it also lower levels of harmful estrogen and destroys
suspicious cells that may want to cause harm. 3 hours a week is good enough.
d) More Water-
Do you drink enough water? Well, new research say it helps prevent
dehydration and keep skin looking good, and today- it can help wash
out the toxins that attach to breasts, lungs, your colon and cervix. 

So, get between 6 to 8 small glasses a day. Don't overdo it, too much
water is just like too little, it can cause serious damage.
