Good Morning America's Rx For Younger Skin!

Look 10 Years in 30 Days!

Did you catch "Good Morning America" today?
Well, they talked about the beverage that's been called
everything from a life saver to a youth booster.
The beverage:
Water.

A woman in England, started drinking more water and in less
than a month, she and those around her noticed a more youthful
appearance.
This is nothing new, water as a way to look younger has been
around for a decade now.
But there are dangers that are never talked about.

What dangers?
Drinking too many glasses of water each day can...
*put you at risk for seizures
* wash away important nutrients
* cause frequent trips to the bathroom
* all of those bathroom breaks won't be number 1, some will be number 2.

And just because you drink more water, are you still going to eat
whatever you like?
Well, those are some of things you must consider, should you decide on
a more water diet.
One thing you may want to consider for younger skin, is located at your
supermarket and you can  wear it or eat it.

What is it?
Pumpkin!
And since this is the perfect time of yr. for pumpkins,
you're in luck. Below, is a pumpkin facial for fine lines...
Items you'll need:
1/2 cup of pumpkin (canned)
1/2 cup of fresh papaya (mashed up)
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. of honey
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions:
place the 4 ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth, pour the mixture into a bowl.
Take a comfortable chair, (choose a chair that allows you lie back)
 and start placing the pumpkin
mixture on your face, neck and back
of hands. Lie back for 15 to 20 mins. after the time is up,
wash your face with warm water. And finish up by applying
your moisturizer.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's it- Pumpkin for younger looking skin and you don't
have to worry about those frequent bathroom breaks.
And in the future, we'll post more recipes for dry skin, blemishes
or open pores using the big Orange gourd.

Good Luck!
