Today Show's Rx For Kids!

                        Help Young Children!

On this morning's third hour of the "Today Show"
co-host Natalie Morales told her co-worker Willie Geist,
that her son was suffering from constipation.

Ms. Morales said she tried giving him more veggies and
water, to no avail.
Getting a kid to eat veggies is hard enough, asking
or telling him to eat them for an easier time in the bathroom,
probably won't work that well either.

What might work? The food that's a popular staple in Denmark.
What is it? Rye bread.
That's right- called a "superfood" by some, the dark brown bread has
been praised for its ability to help cut appetite, but new research says
it a natural laxative.

So, if you're like Ms. Morales and have a kid that's having trouble
going to the bathroom, try a slice or two of Rye bread. (real Rye bread)
Another tip: Buy some dried figs, microwave for 30 secs. and then
slice off the top. After that, take a spoon, and scoop out the inside
and place atop a slice of Rye bread.
Together, they'll work to help your little one end his or her bouts
of constipation.

Good Luck!
