Hollywood's Thanksgiving Dish Rx For Your Skin!

Prevent Breakouts With A Side Dish!

You may think most stars have perfect skin.
Some do, some don't, many suffer from the same breakouts
and blemishes, just like regular folk. Why does it happen?
Stress, sun damage, hereditary, reactions from certain foods and
of course, sweets. And with the holidays in full swing, many
stars and normal folks will be suffering from breakouts.
But  wait, there's something you can do to reduce the number of
breakouts and it may be sitting on your table this Thanksgiving.
What is it?
Cranberries.

That's right- as you may know, some other Winter foods
can help your skin look it's best, but today, cranberries
are front and center.
Cranberries contain a compound that kills blemish-causing
bacteria and reduces the inflammation in your system.
Another benefit from the red gems: They'll help keep the number
of cavities down and keep your gums in tip-top shape.
(Just watch the amount of sugar you add).

Now on to the Cranberry Breakout Reducer Sauce!
Ingredients:
2 tbsps. of cranberry juice, take some from cooked cranberries

or use some from bottled cranberry juice (no-sugar added)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup witch hazel, (find it at drugstores or supermarkets)
Pour both items into a clean bottle and shake.
To apply, just wash your face, shake the bottle and then put some
of the Cranberry toner onto a cottonball and pat it all over your face.
Place the unused portion in the refrigerator, it should stay for 2 wks.
After 2 wks, make a new batch.

Do this twice a week, along with following a sensible diet and
decrease the stress in your life, and you too, could have skin that
looks as good as any star on the big screen.

And if you want to know how to make your skin youthful and vibrant,

head to SupermarketRxs@typepad.com. once you get there, you'll see
a recipe for a butternut squash facial.

Good Luck!
