The Friends' Rx For A Leaner Body!

                      The Jennifer Aniston Diet!

With Summer fast approaching, many out there want some tips on
how to get lean and sexy for the upcoming bathing suit season.
Well, you may want to do what Jennifer Aniston is doing,
what's that? Following an Alkaline diet that heals and reactivates
fat melting glands, helping the pounds disappear for good.
Little is known about Ms. Aniston and her eating and workout regimen,

until now.

We're well aware of the yoga sessions and her salad for lunch while
doing Friends, but that's all most people know.
The Alkaline diet is becoming more popular, not as popular as
"Gluten-free, but popular non-the-less.
An Alkaline diet fills you up on foods like avocados, edamame, olive and
coconut oil, spelt and almond milk. Following this type of diet
balances your pH levels and helps get rid of the acidic condition
that may be affecting your liver, kidneys, heart and glands.

And if  your not sure if your body is suffering from acid overload,
look for the symptoms below and if you have 3 (or more) of the symptoms,
you may need the Alkaline diet.
The Symptoms:
*Allergies
* Frequent headaches/migraines
* Chronic fatigue
* Joint Pain
* Frequent colds
* Muscle cramps
* Yeast Infections
* Graying Hair in your 20's and 30's
* Acne. rashes, and other skin eruptions
* Trouble losing weight (especially in the midsection)
So, do you have more than 3 symptoms?
Then it's definitely time for a change, a change from too much
acid to the right amount of Alkaline.

To get you started, here's a smoothie that Ms. Aniston has once
a week. She juices up cucumbers, kale, spinach, garlic clove (1)
celery, carrots, beets, berries and avocado.
Ms. Aniston has a few glasses of this mixture once a week, and
it's just the juice, no food.
And if you need more, you can go to Google.com and type
what is an Alkaline diet in the search bar, or look for a new
book online that covers everything from symptoms to menus.

The book: 60 Seconds To Slim! By Michelle Schoffro Cook.
Available at Kindle.

And if you plan on incorporating more salads into your Spring and
Summer menus, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and
type in The World's Healthiest Salads For Women!
Download it today for improved health and looks.

Good Luck!
