Hollywood Star's Birthday Gift To American Men!

                            Age Well Like Clint!

If you're a true fan of American icon, Clint Eastwood, then you
probably know he celebrated his birthday 2 days ago.
His new age: 84.

And if you don't think that's impressive, then remember he's still
directing and acting. In fact, his new movie,  "Jersey Boys" will

be opening soon and some are saying this is an early Oscar contender.
So, how is a man at this age still producing top quality movies
at an age when many of his peers are in nursing homes , sitting and watching
hrs. of T.V. or buried six under?

Well, some say it might be diet and exercise.
That's right, Clint learned and then practiced the importance of a good
diet, a few yrs after high school and still continues it today.
And Clint's first teacher was someone you may know, who dominated
the exercise scene in the 50's thru the 70's and then had a line of exercise
studios and juicers named after him. Can you guess? Give up?

It was Jack Lalanne.

That's right, Jack Lalanne said that Clint was one of his first students
when he was starting out helping those who wanted to change their lives
through fitness and nutrition.
And one thing about Mr. Lalanne, he changed his life after he had one
too many violent episodes against his brother (he attacked him with
an ax) He attended a lecture that was given by a man, who preached
against the All-American diet of roast beef, mashed potatoes,
a roll, corn, gravy, a slice of pie and a sugary beverage to wash it
all down with. Mr. Lalanne, attended this lecture at 15, changed
his diet the next day and made it to age 96.

So, if you're a guy (or female) and  want to make it to 60, 70, 80
or even higher, become
more like Jack and Clint and look into a vegetarian
diet. Vegetarianism may work better for men than women (sorry Carrie Underwood)
and if you want to find out why, head on over to Amazon.com, the kindle store

To 100!" Type the title into the search bar and learn how guys
like Clint, George Burns, Bob Hope, Tom Selleck, Herschel Walker

and Old Blue Eyes, either  lived incredibly long lives, or are on their
way to living long lives. Heck, order it just for the chapter on "Old Blue
Eyes." Mr. Sinatra, ate a certain food that helped him overcome the late
Vegas nights, the many women, and the endless drinking and smoking
and still make it to age 85.
