                              Get Your Body Ready For Summer! 

We're constantly bombarded with images of Kim K's and J Lo's 

body, but are we forgetting Jennifer Aniston?
Jennifer A. turned 45 in Feb. and judging by the photos- she still 

looks amazing.

The exercise: While climbing stairs. clench your butt for 5 steps.
let the muscles relax for 2 steps, squeeze for 5 again, and so on. 
Ms. Aniston says that this step exercise gives her a cellulite-free butt. 
And the 2nd exercise: It's for a flatter tummy...
While standing, tightly clench the stomach muscles, pulling the navel 

into the spine. Hold for 1 to 5 secs. and release.
Do this 5 times and work your way up to 20 as the weeks go on.
