J Lo's Rx For Fighting Cravings!

                       Stop Cravings Like J Lo!

Jennifer Lopez is everywhere, she's out promoting her new CD.
And if you still marvel at that body, you're not alone.
Ms. Lopez is 5 yrs. away from the big 5-0 and still sports a body
women half her age would love to own.

If you're wondering if J Lo has to fight cravings or give up certain
foods for that body, the answer is a big-fat Yes.
J Lo has said she no longer drinks soda, mainly because it caused
acne and made her legs look heavier and then about 2 yrs. ago,
she said she had to cut way down on and then eliminate carbs. (wheat)
It made her bloated, gassy and uncomfortable.
And to resist this food group and beverage, Ms. Lopez uses
an oil to help her get through the day.

The Oil: Grapefruit oil.

No, she doesn't eat it, she sniffs it.

That's right, it''s called Aromatherapy. And it's based on
based on hundreds of yrs. of research, and did you know you can
sniff away anxiety, blue moods and hunger?
The scent of citrus, reins in appetite, and it (the aroma) stimulates
the nervous system, prompting liver enzymes to break down more fat.

And that's not all- women who wear a grapefruit-scented perfume,
reportedly are thought to be much younger than their actual age.
For some reason, men who approached them in social settings thought
they were younger .

And if you're craving chocolate, light a vanilla-scented candle or buy
a bottle of vanilla extract and sniff it when the craving hits you.

So, if you're at home wondering, does J Lo have cravings?
Or if she does, how does she fights those cravings?
Well, wonder no more, now you know.

Good Luck!
