Mrs. Doubtfire's Rx For A Healthier Heart!

                Be Like Mrs. Doubtfire!

Any fans of the Robin Williams, Sally Field flick, Mrs. Doubtfire?
Well, you may remember it, Robin Williams played a nanny to his
own kids as he was going through a tough divorce with the Mom. (Sally Field).

They (the producers and writers) keep promising us a sequel, but it doesn't look
like it's going to happen.
Hey, that's okay, sometimes it's best to leave the original alone.
If there's one thing you should take from that movie, it's learn
the value of housework.

The value of housework?
Yes, new research says that doing the laundry, sweeping
the driveway or washing floors or walls can cut your odds of having
a stroke or heart attack by 30%.
Your hubby or boyfriend (or even you) may not think it's work, but it is.
Skip the high-fat treats and meals and really work for a good 20 minutes
and you may never have to visit a gym or pay for a gym membership again.
That's it, and if you ever see Mrs. Doubtfire on cable, remember
how hard Robin Williams worked, it may be why he's in such good shape
today, at age 61.

Good Luck!
