Hollywood Rxs For Morning Sickness!

Natural Morning Sickness Cures For The Royal Family!

For months, we've been told that Princess Kate is pregnant,
well this time-it seems to be true.

The princess is not only pregnant, but is suffering from severe
morning sickness. And luckily, a number of Hollywood stars have
been pregnant and have some of their own natural remedies to help
alleviate that morning sickness.

Listed below, are some of their best all-natural home remedies...
1) Eat Carbs-
Carbs have been taking a beating in the press of late, you know the gluten

and the weight gain, but for a new mom, a few crackers, or a slice of
whole-grain toast with some dark honey on it can work wonders.
Do this first thing in the morning, before eating anything else.
Also helpful: Eating smaller meals, so no big plates of spaghetti
or a double cheeseburger with fries spilling over the sides.
2) Acupuncture-

The thought of needles in your arms, legs, backside, etc. can be
frightening to a lot of women, but if the nausea is too much, then
you may have to think about it.
Another tip: Acupuncture is gaining in popularity to help those
who are infertile.
3) Acupressure-
A form of healing used by Asians and Indians for thousands of yrs.
Simply put- massage certain points on your body to bring about relief.
To end nausea- try massaging the spots just under your wrists,

left side, right side and in the middle for a few mins. each day.
Or if you have an extra $10 on hand, look for an acupressure
band to end nausea. Find the bands at Walgreens or CVS.
4) Peppermint Essential Oil-
Light some peppermint essential oil candles. The scent is said to
relieve nausea. And try to avoid unpleasant scents that may trigger
nausea. Scents like dirty laundry, a cesspool or your Dog's
no. 2.
5) Fennel-
The things fennel can do for one's health are numerous, it's too
bad it's rarely mentioned. Pour some seeds into a mug and then some

hot water, let steep for a few mins. stir, let cool and then drink.
Avoid the seeds. And if you're not bothered by morning sickness,
then you can use fennel to help control pregnancy cravings and weight.
It's also rumored to help women prevent miscarriage.
6) Ginger-
Ginger was always the go-to spice to alleviate nausea, but now,
some say too much of it, may not be good for your offspring.
So, have a glass of ginger ale occasionally.
7) Vitamin B6-
Ask your Dr. about taking vitamin B6 a few times a day.
8) Citrus Fruit-
Some say lemon and orange juice (fresh) will alleviate nausea.
Others say buy lemon/lime soda, open it and let if go flat,
once flat-drink up.
9) Walk More-
It may be the last thing you want to do, but a little physical
activity ends those feelings of nausea and motion sickness.
10) Eat Olives-
Popular in Italy, eating a few olives is said to relieve even the

most stubborn cases of morning sickness.
11) Gender Selection-
One of our earlier posts here at RedCarpetRxs, told you about the signs your
body is sending, to tell you if it's a boy or a girl.
One of the signs- morning sickness early in the pregnancy may mean a girl
or twins.
That's it- 10 tips from some Hollywood stars and some from moms who are
into alternative medicine. Find the one that works best for you.

And if you have something different that worked for you, pass it along, we'll try and get it to Princess Kate.
